Wilrose Properties is based in the Great Lakes Bay Region of Michigan. We are family-owned and fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn the business through generations of successful investment property management.

From 2018 to 2024 we owned and managed 15 apartment units in Bay City and Linwood. At this time, we are no longer providing rental properties. We look forward to what the future may hold for our business.
